Did you even look at the title? There's a part that says "Light Farm Server". Farming for almost a month to be able to pk? Nope, not in this server.

Farming for decent gear that allows you to PK in PT is something, farming for "top-tier" gear that allows you to PK solo is another. Process what you read before commenting with a rather flaming approach. Away with you now.
