I took that one from admin. They recently updated

Then I'll say that the upgrade rate is slightly bugged :/ coz items keep burning from +3 > +4 . with 90% chance ...4 to 5 consecutive items can't get burned :P

Either that or exactly what I just said in my last post; upgrades not matching the correct entries, giving them rates from *other* entries, which could make things easier, harder, allow things to upgrade that shouldn't, or stop things from upgrading completely. Whatever the case, it's quite serious. :P
