i think when server opening its gonna be 500+ players at least.

They're jealous obviously. Your server had a huge chunk of turks playing it and they saw that.

They also saw that there was plenty of downtime thanks to the attacks, so they're now releasing their server with similar rates to yours to appeal to those users who are distraught from the considerable downtime.
