The server will be going offline on the morning of 27th Jan 2011, once the server is offline you can start preparing for official which will be launched on the night of 28th of Jan 2011, we look forward to having you play!

beta finishing date 27/01/2011!

We have been working hard on the server to make sure its secure for everyone, we are opening the server for 5 days so people can log on and test the server, to make sure its completely playable before the release.

things you can expect during beta:

- High drop rate
- High Upgrade Rate
- GM's online testing things
- Power Up Store testing
- Max level 70

We would love if you could make the beta, as this is what is going to show you how good of a server we have provided for you!

As a small bonus also everyone who attends the beta will have a reward once the official is released.

Well first of all hello!

We are three friends who are developing a Knight Online private server named Knight Ascension.

So i suppose you are wondering what we have in store for you? well heres a full list of everything!

~ Level 70 max
We decided that a level 70 max server would be the best, as a lot of people enjoy 70 skills and feel that its more balanced.

~ Hardcore farm
We decided to make it hard to farm items so that new comers and old players still have similarity and can play without being over powered or at an advantage/disadvantage.

~ 1299 server version
We decided to use 1299 as we feel its currently the safest and best version out.

~ Hardcore exp (similar to usko)
We decided hardcore farm was the best, many people play server where it takes 2 days to get 70 and after they have reached the max level they decided to quit or become very bored.

~ Secure server (99.9%)
We are working on our server files to make them as secure as possible, apply ASM patches and other things to make sure your game play is at its best.

~ Anti-cheat
We are currently implementing an anti-cheat system for all those people who cant play a game fairly.

~ Secure panel
We have purchased a secure panel and working on it to make sure its fully functional and working for the end user.

~ Active Admins
We are currently looking for Forum Mods and Game Masters to help us run the server as smoothly as possible.

~ Power up store
We have a fully working power up store, but as a lot of people feel that Donators get an advantage by donating, we have put every PUS item ingame which is also purchasable with ingame coins.

~ Active Events
We will run atleast 2 events per day, if not we will make sure that you will have 1 big event.

~ Old KO
We decided old KO was what players enjoy playing after asking many players.

~ Old Colony Zone
This will be Voted on the forum! remember your vote counts.

~ Max upgrade to +8
We decided +8 will be the highest grade to upgrade items, as the farm will be hard +8 will be even more hard, allowing players who dont play as much to keep up!

~ Max uniques +3
As we said we want it like old KO so, to keep it old max unique upgrade will be +3, just like the old days!

~ Anti-ctrl Minor
Anti Minor will be put into the server for all those people who dont know how to play without using some sort of bug.

~ TBL encryption
TBL Encryption will be implemented to every client/server so that people who think its funny to tbl edit, wont be laughing.

~ Dedicated server
We are in the proccess of buying a dedicated server that you have the best and smoothest game play as possible.

+4 90%
+5 80%
+6 45%
+7 25%
+8 5%
+9 1%
+10 0%


The server is currently being developed, we have no release date as of yet! but we can 100% garuntee it will be finnished by the end of January 2011.

+3 accesories like old days? ohhhh excuse there wasnt any kind of accesories upgrade in the past, it came on rofd or ke im not sure , if you want to keep it balanced then go for +8 and +0's.

Like Magyk said, compounding came out in KE. However, servers that only limit uniques to only +0 get boring, if you're able to make a +1 or +2 unique "legitly", more power to ya in my opinion. Otherwise farming and bosses become utterly pointless once you get fully uniqued with mere +0's.

That right, upgrading accessory is nice feature I think, but If xp is like USKO why would ppl join this server? Most want easier xp like oldshoolko server, but this one suck (lvl62 max xD).

thank you for your replies, they will all be acounted for, i will make some polls on our forum, that way you can vote about the uniques etc, make sure to register on the forum

the reason we are doing it like USKO exp, is only due to the fact people get bored easily, take Knight Imperia for example. it was really good once it stared but it was so easy to farm items and get leveled that it became boring quickly. But saying that, you may register on the forum and make a poll god it seems like im trying to get you all to make billions of polls ha, but in all seriousness we only care about the players.

I have just ordered the dedi server, so once that comes online i will start peiceing together the server.

ppl would rather play usko ... no? besides paying the premium... things u do in usko is actually worth something... usd wise

to be fair, usko has become some piece of crap after adding 10000x new stuff. ppl want to old ko feeling, and making it hardcore does keep ppl playing it for a long time.

but spending the same amount of time lvling and farming on a private server and on usko just sounds rather ridiculous to me tho... if u said... exp 20% or 30% more... that would be ok...

say u spend 1 month on a private server (which has the exact same rate as usko) u get lv70 + uniques+0s... BAM server dies... u get nada but if on USKO... u get to sell your stuffs... unless USKO close down as well... u get my point?

anyways... this is no place for debating this issue... sorry for the off topic!
