Update: currently working on a "custom" thingy for 15xx version, which is 100% np recovery scroll which is going to restore all nps that you donated to clan if you want to quit the clan. The nps are also going to be removed from clan np bank, so there wont be any abuses. However the requirements for long capes have been lowered drasticaly from what it's set on officials.
