Wouldnt advise people to play here untill they change the stun rate, i swear every server has it crazy high.

Thats because 99% of people can't control it, people say its in the DB, which it isn't, people say it's in the client, Which it isn't, so there for no one can "set" it.

we got couple issue, server isnt complete but it will be fix, about the stun rate i will take a look in it.

we also got alot people that our firewall blocking it, sended a ticket my company and waiting for anser till they will unblock it, server should have like 80-120 people online not something like this....

Which it is. It's hardcoded into the client (depending on the version...). It's not configurable via the TBL, if that's what you mean.
