Nope , its a totally turkish server who cant understand any english at all , same as thier gms.

I started to play but there PS is a peice of junk... Every time i oepn it, my client crashes. There is VERY few english people. I've almost given up due to the PS bug.

just change your server.ini 1900 and run it from luncher 2 and it will work fine, server is active and good as hell but w/o team you cant do nothing

same as yourko have right now also many people...
idk from where these all people come from becouse prv servers usually had almost never more than 300-400 online hehe
(I cant give my head but less than 10 private servers since 2012-2015 had 1k+?)
