• Wars working
• Server has been running for over a year and has wiped.

I highly suggest this server, as they recently wiped and it seems to be gaining users somewhat fast. You can say "I won't play here because donators are over powered" Well unfortunately? They really aren't. I beat donators all the time and I am a fair player. So I highly suggest you give this a try.

Major WTF if the installer doesn't let you, but you can always just install it to C: and move it to wherever you'd like after it's installed.

Windows users should have access to see drives unless expressly denied permission -- but even then, they'd still be able to see them, just not access them. I've seen dodgy installers in the past that force the install drive, like this one presumably does so it's a fairly likely assumption that's all that's happening.

That, or it isn't allowing you to specify the drive: just a path, and it's defaulted to a path in c:\ that they can change at their own will... but I doubt they'd have posted if they could change it.

Fortunately, for PSKO, this isn't much an issue -- you can pick up the installed client and move it anywhere. You'd just have to fix the shortcuts (or create your own by right-clicking -> send to desktop) if you still want to use them.
