Nope. I'm assuming it could have something to do with the resolution since I managed to launch it once with crappy resolution. It doesn't launch anymore though.
Edit: Nope, that's not the case either. I've managed to get to the login screen once, but I have no idea why.
try without firewaill, maybe the firewall blocking it?
Nope. Oh well I'll deal with it once I'm back home.
last try, press on the ko exe + the launcher, put them both run as admin and compatibilty windows xp 32 bit. if this issue still up, try to restart the pc on safe mode and run the game, if it does load normal, then it's somthing on the pc, if it doesnt load, then somthing wrong with the client.
