sorry bud. cant follow proper procedure due to being banned on irc/forums. on top we didnt just start arguing, the posts were made right after it happend. i dont think its our fault at all. either its parasitics fault, or shurts fault and u can pick. now u tell me that if 2 days ago shurt says its ok to use ladder trucks. what would u do? and this does not mean that we used em, weve actually had mages inside that tp us everytime since last week. why didnt ur " professional" staff member listen to us and consult with the owner of the server before placing unfair warnings on us? why did he tp hotblooded out of delos and then kill him after he saw him log in? im sorry but we cant tell what u guys call "bugs" and whats not "bugs" cause u gms tell us different things everytime. pick who was right or wrong, parasitic or shurt.... go ahead and tell us who to believe next time..

This is getting a bit out of hand. There's no need for disrespect on either side.
The point is that isiloon and abyss should be accessible to everyone. Just because a clan holds the castle should not give them the right to keep the gates closed 24 / 7. The gates should be open anyways. People can't go and farm +9 accessories (especially new players) if the gates are always closed and there should be a competition to get isiloon or it just means that the clan who holds CSW gets the money from holding the caste and the benefit of having abyss to themselves.... a little unfair don't you think?

Anyways, that's just what I thought about this whole situation.

The only thing I care about is when you start disrespecting staff members, when you could take an issue up with staff member(s) without attacking them.

If you disagree with someone to the point where you feel the need to personally attack them, then my advice to you is to just leave. There's absolutely no reason or excuse for that.

So killing Isiloon is not a "big thing"? your acting as if what parasitic did didn't affect anything or anyone, if hes going to presume that we use ladder truck keys w/o even seeing it happen and teleport people from Isiloon floor (takes a bit of time to get back there) surely he deserves some punishment or some kind of abuse from someone.

Once again, Shurt tells us its legit, now your saying he sais its a bug? you guys should have a little meeting, talk about some stuff and actually agree if its a bug or not, otherwise if we are getting a message from the owner of the server that its legit, then a GM that plays in a clan that is competing with us for Isiloon tells us its a bug and starts teleporting and slaying people?

I actually thought Aristona was a bad GM but after seeing how you run a community its disgusting, you favor your friends over anyone else, you don't like some certain people so you allow your friend that has a GM character to kill and tp us anywhere he wants whenever he want's for no reason, stones even been tp'd in EMC to 10x troll kings spawned so you guys could try and get him EXP'd.

Because we are the only legit clan that is competition to parasitics clan and there 3 or so allys for isiloon, you guys will just keep coming up with new bugs and pretty much find anyway to stop us from killing it. I am just waiting for when we take castle and keep the gates closed 24/7 and you guys decide that it's a bug to keep doors closed, already see it coming.

First and foremost, I don't favour anyone. I cannot deny, however, that certain members of your clan have given staff good reason to dislike them - being constantly attacked will do that.

The troll thing was me; earlier, he'd tried to alienate another clan via King chat by accusing them of luring trolls on people, when it was he himself that did it. A troll for a troll; he's not the only one I've done it to either, almost every single person I've caught doing it (repeatedly that is, I'll give them the occasional one-off because they shouldn't be afk'ing there, but those people who don't know when to stop...) have been dealt with the same way.

Perhaps if you didn't make virtually every clan on the server hate you, you'd actually win CSW for once and wouldn't have a reason to complain (well...).

Don't give people a reason to dislike you and they won't, your problems all seem to stem from that...

yes prodigy he is, hes not just a gm, hes a developer. anyways twostars, we werent trying to take the castle after the 1st week. if clans hated us they wouldnt ask us for ally ( aoe clan + respect + we were goina talk to cracked). if u wanna make a challenge, il easily offer other clans money and take castle just like the gm clan did. anyways personally u and shurt to me r fine, and i dont care if u punish parasitic or not. i never said punish him. i just want u guys to be fair when making rules. like announce it before hand and untill its announced dont enforce it.

I think the major issue here more than anything else is the fact that you let a player on the server use a gm character. While I have nothing against parasitic, infact on most occasions I find him relatively reasonable. It is most definitely a clear conflict of intrest, regardless if he abuses his powers or not. Secondarily, as a slightly less important issue, if you are going to deem something like this a bug so that people can be kept away from "the clan owning the castle's isiloon" you should have made this abundantly clear WAY prior to this event. Especially since you guys had already according to you made up your mind about this previously. The honus on this imo falls on you to have pointed this out before. Wheither it is or not, it really does make it look like you are favoring a clan over another given the relationships of the players involved to the staff. I realize this is most likely not the intent but you guys need to be WAY clearer about your rules before you start exercising them to the community. In a way you are not reading people their miranda rights so to speak.

Uh.. stop right there. He is? Since when? He's an IRC mod, that's all. Oh, and slmhy is his eggdrop bot. But he's not a GM, or developer.

I apologise that there's a little inconsistency on how we're dealing with it, because yes - it is confusing, and... seems rather biased, but that's mostly because it was expected to be fixed pretty much asap. Regardless, it should be fixed for the next restart (or sooner if I can live patch it), so it shouldn't be an issue one way or the other.
