2 semi english clan left on the server I think , mostly inactive though , and there's about 10-15 people online at peak time.

It was, and had lots of potential... but then it flopped. Anyways, I'm personally waiting for Dota 2 and Guild Wars 2... but I hear a new USKO server might be opening soon,... and seeing as every new private server that opens has trouble, USKO seems the only way to go.

Not that it helps sway things any, but there's actually ~30 on right now. I just find it a little bit disappointing that certain people stoop to spreading false "facts" right before quitting the server, to presumably take as many people as they can with them because they couldn't get their own way...

realy concider to whipe and remove that lame start at lvl 60 thing make it 62 max

I think that when your paied hosting for this mouth ends you shoud close the server and re-open it after an massisve advertise 1-2 weeks.

(a) Just to be clear, I'm not pointing fingers at anyone for anything, I was/am simply disappointed in a select few people for certain behaviour that seems to continue not just here, but in other servers. I never stated this behaviour was the cause for any such problem, but you have to admit that it doesn't exactly help anything either.

(b) Just to be an ass, I count 2 out of 11 (that is excluding the duplicate) items on Shurt's list that were definitely not lived up to when all was said and done. The third is up to speculation, but 3 / 11 = ~27%, a far cry (but obviously still very disappointing) from 90%. Just saying, because I can be the ass and all. :P

Regardless, I seem to have been quite the obstruction here. I had never intended to become as involved with the community or even the server as I had, but at this point I don't think it needs me (unless there's any new exploits that pop up, in which case I'm sure I'll be notified!). Oh well, the ride has at least been fun. Could've been better of course, but it is PSKO after all. Mistakes have been made, lessons have been learned. Can only hope to keep all of this in mind for future endeavours to prevent any of the same shortcomings.

Fingers crossed that with the upcoming updates and work from the staff to "heal" the server, it begins to recover. Good luck to the staff!

Yea , you shouldn't have gotten involved at all in the community as it wasn't your job at all , all the things you did for and against certain clans were outrageous and the lack of communication and those little pesky jokes from you when we tried to tell you something isn't working whether it was on the forums , ingame , or IRC is what drove people away among other reasons.
Anyway , I see you've been updating the NDKO emulator vigorously lately , good luck with that , I'm pretty sure you lost your credibility but Jonny is still a GG for me so we'll see what happens , I really hope you learned from your mistakes and you won't get involved with the communtiy again , and just stick to your precious code and ofcourse LISTEN to the fucking players who are trying to HELP and not fuck the server like you did on ko-tastic.

Point taken on your reply, wont argue on (b) because of your ending of the post, no point been bitter and all, as you said "it is PSKO after all".
Best of luck on NDKO project or any other KO involving you plan, i am actualy gonna be looking forward to it.

Lack of communication? Are you kidding me? They were on IRC and the forums 24/7, every time one of your little minions came storming in because a worm would take 1 durability away of his precious weapon, they were there attending to their needs and fixing whatever needed to be fixed. Just because they chose to ignore YOU doesn't mean they ignored everyone else...

Listen to the suggestions of the players? That again? Let me see, players demanded easy starts for new players - they got easier rates, it still wasn't enough for them so they were made level 50 with starter gear as people had REQUESTED on the forums... Still not enough? They were made 60, as opposed to the suggestions on forums wanting them to be made 65 even. What else was there? oh right, drop rates? Yeah, because... farming bus in a farm server so hard! Oh god! I only get 30 bus/hour on uruk hais, this is stupid! I quit! stupid server! I have to farm here to actually get something! As I already said on forums and irc, the reason this server is dead is because they actually DID listen. If they had pulled a K2 on us and just ignore all the whiny little fucking demands they've been getting, this server would still be up and running.

Granted, they did screw up, they did a lot things that should have been done differently, but... none of which you are whining and complaining about.

The private server community does not idolize you. We are appreciative of your efforts in patching exploits and stabilizing MGame code, but as a person, you're a far cry from normal or mature. Such has been the case for years, and undoubtedly will continue to be a reality for many more to come. Bury your head in the code and resist temptation when it comes to becoming involved in the community side of things. Avoid things like IRC channels for your server, and learn how to cope with a bit of pressure. Unfortunately, I think you've self boasted your ego beyond repair. You're a self glorified god, who has yet to come with grips with the fact that you're, well, handicapped in more ways than one.

Good luck with NDKO, but better yet, good luck with growing as a person!

PS: Still playing your server, that you're now walking away on ! Great server btw ! A shame so many whiners and weak staff let it fall apart. Really is a well balanced farm. And English run too ! That's a bonus !
