This time will give a lot of people idea to quit, not flaming or sumthing but was 1k users when it will be up 800 700.

Just saying, that ur random server is just too small of a factor for anyone srs to bother. This ko4life cashpit on the other hand is gona have a bumpy ride.

what i mean is Kotastic 1 Kotastic 2 Kotastic 3 .
I know they need 3 dedi's for it but it wll be good cause one server i dont think can hold 1000 users.

There have been some l2 server that have had 5-7.smth k limits. Frienz x7 where alot of ppl from ko4life played had 5k. Iv personally seen 4k'ish peaks there. And iv personally seen 1k'ish zerg is 1 castle.

Regarding multiple servers - it really wouldn't make a difference. And shenershen, the server will be up, just so long as someone isn't awake for over 36 hours preparing the server for official (going through every little issue I've found to ensure that's not potentially abusable, separating the server load so it wouldn't lag at all - which turned out to be a good plan, given I saw it hit 989 players online, more or less in the same zone without... lag, at least not caused by the server load directly.

It was just the issues that followed that caused grief; webservers being overwhelmed and then deliberately flooded, and eventually one user deciding to cause havoc with the game server which, *can*, and will be patched. Before I did go earlier, osmanx IM'd me and confirmed and clarified a few things in regard to the attack, so I'm pretty sure I know how I can resolve it now.

So... anyway. I'd better get to work.

Patch 1.319 should almost completely solve the issue of the false detections. I know at least McAfee will complain though, but it's safe to ignore it in this case.
