Hello Ko4fun Players,

Introducing our Unique "Catch Up Mechanic" you wont fall behind with the Academy Server

*Server will be open on: Friday, February 4 at 21:00 and end on Friday, February 18, at 23:59.

The Purpose of the Winter Academy Server

• Give new incoming players a chance to gear up and catch up to the rest of the server without being far behind
• Giving players who feel like they fell behind a chance to catch up
• Bring a New player base into the server
• Giving players who left and want to return a chance to do so.
• Maintain the population of KO4Fun!

What is Winter Academy? (What is different than main server)

• Temporary Boosted server that will merge into main server after time is done. all progress will be transferred over.
• All Drops, Exp and Coins Dropped are increased by 200%
• You may only have one character logged into the Academy Server No Multi client
• PUS Currency TL and KC can be used on all servers
• Premium service will be active on all servers (gift items will only be available on server that its redeemed on)
• All progress made on your characters will be merged into the winter server after the server closes
• All items in your inventory will also transfer over during the merge.

Iron Set, Glass Belt ve Chitin Shield Updates

• Iron Necklace, Iron Belt and Glass Belt activated. (Can be obtained from Ultima, Felankor, Isiloon, Talos, and Snake Queen)
• Chitin Shield has been activated. (Can be obtained from Ultima, Felankor, and Lesath)

Event Updates
Entry to the same event with multi characters is limited to 1 char.





Cape Bonus ve Rank Bonus Updates
Fixed bugs in Cape and Rank bonuses. All received bonuses can now be viewed in the top right menu.





Render Effect Updates
Improved the Render Effect feature. You will be able to see the effects of skills such as torment, malice, potion, etc., but the rest of the effects will be turned off.



Other Updates

• Fixed an issue where Dragon Armors could not be traded after upgrading Rebirth.
• Fixed an issue with Auto Mining and Weapon Box not being on the Buy Market.
• Added CR event between 04.00 AM and 06.50AM in CZ region.
• King elections have begun.
• Game sounds has beend disabled due to fix c++ run-time errors for a while.

The Academy!
Introducing The innovative catch up mechanic we have brought to the Knight Online PVP market.

Our goal is to keep the life of the server as long as possible by ensuring the continuous flow of new players to the main server.
In order to do this we are adding an accelerated 2x server that will run for 14 days so that new players can join and catch up to people who have been playing since day one. At the end of 2 weeks, those players will "Graduate" and merge into our main server, WINTER.

WHY WINTER ACADEMY?
1) Easier Leveling
2) Higher Drops
3) More Rewards

So Let's take a look at the details of the Winter Academy server, which will open on February 4th!

Important Dates:
The "Winter Academy" server will open on February 4 and will remain open for a total of 14 days until February 18. After 14 days, your character will be automatically moved to your 4th character slot on the Winter server.

Character Slots:
You can have only 1 character per account on the Winter Academy server.

Academy Server Features:

WHAT WILL CHANGE:

• Monsters drops will increase by 200%
• Coins from monsters will increase by 200%.
• EXP from monsters will increase by 200%.
• Automatic mining and mining drops will increase by 200%.
• Daily quests will have 3x more.
• BDW and JR rewards will be 3x more.

WHAT WILL NOT CHANGE?

• Upgrade rates will not change.
• Chaotic Generator exchange rates will not change.
• Incoming NP in PK regions will not change.
• Collection Race rewards will not change.
• Jeweller Juel and Shozin exchange ratios will not change.
• Quests received from NPCs will not change.
• Gamble event rewards will not change.
• The starting items will not change.
• Unlocking skills and master skills will not change.

Server Merge and Notable items:

• TL Balance, Knight Cash balance, Premium and Genie time can be used across all servers.
• Bank and VIP key and items inside WILL NOT be transferred in server merge.
• ONLY Items in Inventory (including coins, magic bag and cosplay items) will be transferred. (You can think of it like a cypher ring)
• Clans will not be transferred.

Player, Clan, and Pet names cannot be duplicated. You cannot use the same character name or clan name used on winter server in academy Server.

Characters that have been banned or in disciplinary dungeons will not be able to benefit from the merge.
