Criticism and complaints are perfectly valid. According to you, people should endure things like this all the time without saying anything remotely negative because "it won't change anything".
With enough complaints, things can actually change for the better (maybe not in this case anymore), and if they don't, they are at least useful to measure how displeased the community feels at the moment.

The damage has been done. Last time it went down for few days cause of DDOS, they would 'come back stronger' all we needed to do was wait and give them patience.. We did, and it lasted for 2 days -.- Cant expect your players to stay patient all the time when this stuff going on, maybe 1x but this isnt the first time , and it prolly wont be the last either.

alot of ppl are selling their accounts on leg ko...this server is taking a nose dive...and its not pulling up..the absence of Outkast isnt helping one bit...the rumors are starting to seem correct...

But you have no idea if he really does, do you ? It is very sad what is happening. Whomever is attacking is just going out of its way in doing so.
Maybe you are believing them. Its your option, perhaps if he posted more in here you wouldnt be inclined to believe them. Regardless, he hasnt gone anywhere, he is working a lot for this server and he will do anything in his power to get it back up and stable.
You believe that users in these last days have lost their items is because of these attacks?
