@Aristona: I had this shit before 8 month ago when I was running my old Server.
This has nothing to do with the panel ( I'm almost sure ur using Twostars Panel with IIS )
I heard from one guy who attacked my server that is old method to hack servers.
But He doesn't want to say how he is doing that.
maybe Panel issues? are you sure ur panel is secure?
As I said he is using twostars panel He just changed the design I think.
Be sure that you configure the php well with the IIS and also the permissions and all of this kind of thing.
But on the other hand its can work from Remote sql.
Need to look into that.

@Rocket: yep its something in ebenzer that let them to have remote access the guy who did it on my old server before 8 month ago + told me its old flow that didnt patch yet (found on 1299 so aswell its will work on 1310 too )
I remember they cleanned my Userdata/tb_user tables and close the server 1 by 1 and restart without gain a dedi access .

Even asked this issue to PHP Guru's in public forums, and they said it's secure.
I changed my panel with Fabi's panel, and it was still hapenning. Definitely not a panel related issue.
Not entirely his panel, but I use the underneath of his website. Template engine and such.
Pages are completely different.
The IIS was secure - but I switched over Appserv since I hate IIS 6.0 and nginx gave strange errors. (since it's not the main IP of server)
I always go through every settings on php.ini.
Remote SQL requests are disabled on MSSQL. They can only execute SQL queries via logging in, or using network service.

I am sorry, but I cannot waste all my day on a server which doesn't even belong to me. I will also move to a new city in few days so I won't be able to touch server. (Gotta study exams since I have only 3 months left and there are huuuuuge books in front of me. If GM staff wants to open server, they can, but I doubt they will ever get more population than 40 after all. Yet, we still couldn't find a solution for this issue.

did they hack the whole server pc or just got into database?
