Ignore the last couple of pages. They are not speaking about this server. Anyways BUMP for great server. New players who come on human side pm DrSheldonCooper,Kiy, or Seniorwar for great clan. Prefer melees (sin,warrior, mage). I will be happy to help out with items/farming (Drsheldoncooper).

Its doing it at a less effective way. If you put everything in one person, what happens when that person has had a bad day ? when he gets tired ? when he goes to sleep ? You loose efficiency. Finding a capable and trustworthy team is difficult. If you cant assemble one then you have to do it solo, but its not optimal to do so.
No matter how dedicated and capable one person is, he will need to eat, sleep, fuck, study, etc. You need to be able to do this things, to live your life, knowing that your project is in good hands while you do it.
Finally, what kind of owner plays different servers ? A GOOD ONE. A huge part of competition is based on your knowledge of you competitors. What are they doing, how can you improove it, how their consumers react to their ideas, what makes them stick around, what issues made others leave, etc. You dont need to wait untill something goes wrong in your server, you can learn from others mistakes and adapt before it happens to you. I think you get the point.

The current situation of your server reminds me our conversation at Snoxd regarding dedicated servers.
Got to repeat it once again, "never but never move in a turkish hosting company..."
