I can't connect, get an XSkip error everytime.

I click launcher and press start and i get the error:

XSkip Sunucusuna Baglanilamadi..!

Wtf.

I click Launcher2 and it loads up soacslog.txt which contains more turkish.

If i change the game exe i can load up and get to the server select screen, but i'm met with connecting please wait constantly, while others can still connect.

Any ideas? o_O
