    it's latest soacs version i checked it out, it looks pretty good it has many events coded I believe people wouldn't get bored here as long it could maintain population of 200 or 300+

    It's the "Event Manager" tool which includes all these events. It has nothing to do with soacs since it works with acme too.
    soacs doesn't have 1vs1 event, "question/answer" event etc.
