Should server be wiped since many players are asking for it and the population is very low?

If server was wiped there will be 1 week downtime while I work on making sure core elements of the game play are working. FT, Wars, CSW, etc.

Also, I will be the Head Admin since Mumma isn't doing his job especially for the reward he gets. Mumma will be moved to GM status if server should go back up cause I don't see him being fit as an Admin.
