Having the template and actuelly using it for personal reasons is perfectly viable in form of law.
You didn't actuelly buy the panel from him (he just asked you to give him some money in return. ie: donation, gift). Even if you did, you bought the back-end of it. Not the template.

Now here comes the part where you're totally wrong. YOU are actuelly using the template of USKO publicly. The why/how/where you got it from has nothing to do with it. Especially because it is not bought from twostars in any way in form of official stuff. Did you receive a receipt? Did you pay taxes on it? Did twostars paid taxes? Did twostars wanted to make profit illegally and made it with a template that's copyrighted? No, on all the answers. However the last is counterd because of the previouses no's.

The only guy doing illegal stuff publicly is YOU, aristona. Not twostars. Legally that panel is nothing more than a personal project given to you to make a connection between a database (that's free and public) and the website. YOU are using a public template that's copyrighted and you have no proof whats-o-ever it's bought from twostars in any way.



I guess Turkeys education system isn't that high of a standard if you think law is that simple.
