New client - myko loader.exe it include 'OPTION.exe' and 'START GAME'

Old client users , use old fashion , 'Knightonline.exe'

At start we had 20 users but overall really hard leveling so its NOT easy to get overpowered too fast.

I recommend to players to start play as soon as possible though. because most of the ones that started are the ones that will stay in the server until close.
