AKUMA's fork-which-is-not-a-fork probably.
Add players, and the race conditions (and general bugs) make themselves known quite quickly.

1.8xx isn't a good choice, unless you're willing to actually work on it yourself. As it is, the fork is complete crap.

i just have Forevermyko , it already online like 6-7 month. ..
just i wanna open another one too

i got in my home Static ip + Acme licance for my ip , i just make updates for forevermyko and if it work in home i share the patch to players

i got many computer 17x cpus : amd athlon II x2 3,2 Ghz 2 gb rams and also have 2x x4 too i can make everything in home ... try work or not all

Modifying the TBLs should be far from your primary concern, *especially* if you're using akuma's fork...
Just being able to get in-game doesn't mean everything's fine. A lot of the old functionality isn't even implemented, let alone all of the new stuff...

You're obviously not a programmer, so I'll say this much: you'll need one if you want to work with those files. The files in their state are far from reasonably usable.

Just don't! People will sell you leaked files which are based on the same crappy source. And as said, it's much more than just database/tbl editing.
