From my experience in jumping from Turkish Ardream servers to another, 12xx could be very interesting if it's well put together. Definitely can bring a lot of activity if there is events, things to grind for (while you PK), good balance between classes too. Even a 59 cap could be fine to start with.
It brings a different vibe, fun to play on imo and if the population is healthy, considering there is a good amount of advertisement done, those servers are quite active at any time of the day.

Original MYKO used the so called "Ardream" map as normal Colony Zone map back in year 2003-2004, so the ardream is nothing against MYKO concept.

59lvl is better than 62lvl for Andream, But I want to play on your server. You are a good manager.
According to what I've played. 59 and 62 caps are making mages sorta overpower, due to 60 nova without everyone having 10-15% damage reduction, and no party heal with 59. However, in my opinion, 12xx aren't really anymore popular. if you could make a 59 cap with a 15xx or a 19xx+, that would be something that would most likely be super crowded.
