looking at the javascript on that website I am very certain that the online count is manipulated. Currently there are 9 Orcs and 15 Humans on,
the panel shows 139 orcs and 235 humans.

btw I have been observing the online count, and it's being calculated like this:

*real amount of users online* x 15 + random value (usually [2-10])

or you can check the html code and you will see something like this:
