well, chitins are highest armor here, so that's why high lvl mobs droppin them. ixb and kukry should be edited in my opinion too, archers cant get good bow until dm's.
about red and black : red are obtainable trough pus , i dont know what their give , and black chitins has more defense than normal (thats what i experienced from checking merchants on adonis.
