I don't think that they closed the server... according their FB page they have had a tournament 12 hours ago.

So either someone has accessed their host server or there was an SQL injection. The worst scenario, someone with copyright asked for a shutdown considering that the server is hosted in a country where the copyright is valid.

I'm sure Professor will be around soon.

It could also mean that they brought the server down for updates or w/e and they have had to ban all the chars from logging in...

eveyone is using macro espicially in attila
there are about 10gms but they are never online when you need them

Still the same bugs from the first day of the server:

Orc flags are all white instead of displaying proper clan symbols.
None of the priest skills work for melee (hellish, etc) with a lobo hammer.
Sleep wing + sleep carpet doesn't work with a lobo hammer.
CTRL minor is enabled.
Blessed Spear of Diez is the most balanced weapon in the game (spams 800 with sword dance on sins (both mastered)).

really is more of a joke at this point than a server, server is pretty fucking dead after 23 days rofl.

Let's not forget about the launch:
All mobs were bugged and were forced by gm to respawn.
Upgrades rates were still the same as in beta, causing the server to shutdown and rolledback.
Sometimes bosses don't drop a lootbox.
F6 randomly stops your character from moving.
Indeed people are using macro's and autoloot at Attilla.
Even professor is said to be against macro's and pedals, but he somehow keeps on posting 'pk video's ' from people who are using macro minor and full pedal skills.

This server could have been way better.

About "server close" what nickos3 said is correct, mers had to update server and test some stuff however people started login so he had to stopped them banning all the account and then unban, not a big deal

Why haven't you disabled CTRL at the very least? Do you even know what it does or are you going to say its impossible to disable as well rofl, most of these bugs have been around since the first fucking day, so what are you actually fixing? none of these patches contain any bug fixes whatsoever, they all simply contain new content. You're literally just putting shit ontop of other shit to hope that we forget about the shit underneath, as if we don't have noses or something? jesus, you would think after opening so many servers you could get it down but i guess not, glad you made lots of $$$ though, maybe next server u can make even more with less work

Even though you can't disable macro, you can still follow people doing it. It's always been OSKO's downfall, the GM's. Lazy as f**k and won't do a single thing to improve gameplay whatsoever.
Why don't you just tell some of them to go both Attila spawns and summon bulcan there, whoever drains it -> 1d ban. Keep doing it for a while and that's it. Not so hard thing to do?
Same on kekurikaka spot's too, i still remember having 50 people with macro's readied up to spike the fuck out of kekuri too.

It's the worst decision for someone to block CTRL. Rogues needs CTRL to minor heal.

Flags and macro don't seem to be an issue either.
As for F6 button, it's disabled because windows XP users can use it to "wallhack" or to speed-glitch. It takes less than 0.5 sec to press it in case to change your skill bar so it doesn't affect your PK.

You can buy logitech mouse for $15, install logitech gaming software and progam macro any way you like it,to do whichever function you want and on any button you'd like, CTRL minor can be enabled, either way, you can program your macro to your mouse,which most of people is doing and cannot be detected either way,and stupid to forbid it beacuse you cannot get rid of it, so it's pointless to fight over it. If CTRL is enabled it won't make your "macro" work faster, you can program your own delays and keys in the program itself. If you want to use both hands use them, by all means, but the era of "no macro" is over, beacuse macro mouses are dirt cheap and everyone can setup them if they have $15 for the proper mouse and 3 minutes of their time to program his button function. If you are good assassin and uses two hands, I can't see a single reason why you'd give a fuck if others have programable mouses or not, you play for yourself after all. So by keeping CTRL minor enabled you are actually helping those who do not have programable mouses but have too slow fingers, by disabling CTRL minor, you are boosting the population who has macro mouse anyway.,which 80 % of KO players has.

CTRL minor heal is for those who PK. I can't believe that there are KO rogue (both archers and sins) players yet, on 2015, who're PKing by pressing buttons to minor heal themselves or their party members.
Pedal'ers and macro'ers are some dumb people who don't know that using pedal or macro on a rogue with less than 5k or 6k MP, is useless on PK.

And I'm talking from experience because I was stupid enough to block CTRL in the past (it must have been on this proko launch or the previous one on june) and forced all the rogues to quit or to change their class since the PK wasn't balanced anymore.

Rogue is the class which should survive longer than any other considering that they're an easy target during PK (while having to cure and minor heal party members at the same time too) and if anyone decides to block CTRL then its attack skills should be buffed otherwise there's no balance.

If you're talking about 1v1, rogue should be the best class over there too but well, if CTRL makes them a bit more OP then that's a diff story and personally IDC about VS's in arena.
