Never played the server, but judging from the user comments it seems to be worth playing the server. I think people should respect OSKO staffs for putting up a long running private server. Maintainance and some failure is a part when you are using hosting servers, although it is always good for the admins to notify the users about the ETA (or maximum time).
NOTE: Rising4chaos was running all fine until they decided to get a new server (lvl 60), things were good for the month or so and then started to go downhill. Watchout for whatever problem they had. Good luck!
RisingKO went down hill when he changed the name to Rising4Chaos and started being money greedy, everyone who had money (500 USD +-) running around in overpowered +1/ +2 uniques accessories, wirinoms/baals +9 and donater armor that had overpowered stats.
Server is doing much better then the 1st day, I'm impressed with it. Goodjob

ya agreed with ya but i am mentioning the point of starting the second server :/
Suggestion here cuz im too lazy to make acc on ur forums
1. Make exp 5x harder then it is now.
2. Make drop rate 5x harder then it is now.
3. Enable Bdw 3 times per day from day one from lvl 30 or 45. ( i know exping is fuking pain in ass, was xping for like 50h on YourKo and each BDW was great cuz you could pk/ get exp and scrolls in same time while it was break from Z+skill on trolls)
Honesly I have NO idea why you didn't enable BDW from day one.
4. Wipe server.

He cannot decrease the exp now, it's way too late for that.
He isn't goin to wipe either, there is too much ego involved, no matter what is the reason.
I had such high hopes from osko, i actually wanted to start here to learn what i can do better in my own server,
but seems like all i learned is what not to do, *wink*
you also learnt that reputation means everything, server can be garbage and will always have 4x ur user base
