Well YourKO did have like 1000+ players when it launched so I guess there's well enough stupid people to pay the hosting fees.

We are thinking in new strategies to make this server live longer than the previous one, we already found many of the reasons why people left the server that fast and we will implement new ideas to improve this situation

I am sure you will like the result and how the server will behave with so many people online, we will try to make the farm and pk more active!

Hello Oldschoolers,

After our latest server, Edonis, we’ve sat down and analyzed in depth on how to improve our game and deliver a better, long-lasting experience where you can enjoy along with your friends, the joy that is Knight Online. With this in mind we have created the server of the eternal battles: ABADON. This is a place where you’ll find never ending skirmishes in CZ, as well as having an even playing field between donators and free-to-play players. In brief moments we’ll explain how this is going to work.

You don’t need to register once again at oldschoolko.net, just log with your ID / pass from EDONIS and it’s done!

Psst! For those that donate up until December 5th, you’ll gain 15% bonus KC in your accounts, so don’t let this opportunity escape!

Next come our core system changes and features:

1. KC voucher system completely scrapped.
Every user from the EDONIS server will have time up until December 5th to exchange all their vouchers (before ABADON’s beta). If you don’t during this time, it won’t be possible to redeem them later. You’ve been warned!

2. Introducing the coupon system.
What is this about? It’s very simple. You will be able to find these coupons in PUS with a cost of 100 kc. These coupons can be exchanged at [Coupon Exchange] Serelay at moradon, which in return will give you your desired item depending on the amount of coupons that are exchanged at a time (selectable in the NPC menu). Ex: you can exchange 3 coupons for a buff scroll and such.

3. Introducing a special PK reward: Gold chitins.
How to obtain these? For every 100 enemies you hunt, you’ll obtain a gold treasure chest. You can then exchange this chest at [Operator] Moira in moradon for a chance at these chitins! Don’t forget to always have spaces available in your inventory when you PK!

4. Top monthly pvp players will get a special cape!
5. Juraid mountain will be activated too.
6. The Castle Siege War will have its rewards updated! Castle owners will obtain a White Treasure Chest, and all the clan members will get white capes!
7. Quest modifications for a better leveling and farming experience. (Some quests will get an updated level requirement)
8. Lots of bosses will drop PUS items, such as pk scrolls.

And finally, the changes made based on your feedback!

1. PUS will be available both in our website and in-game.
2. NT is no longer free. It will be for sale in sundries (coin) and PUS (kc).
3. Knight medal (and the special ítems) will be added later down the road. Not at the very beginning.
4. Etaroth events will only appear starting at 68 cap or higher.
5. Upgrade chances to +6 without trina have been increased.
6. Event Schedule has been modified.

Every little thing is being done with the players in mind. So you can enjoy ABADON with your friends and with lots more up and coming players. Gaining PUS items without donating will also be possible as previously mentioned.

Don’t forget that those that donate up until December 5th will gain 15% bonus KC in their accounts. It’s a deal you really won’t want to miss!

The beta will go live this December 5th, and the official 8 days later on the 13th. See you all in game!

So this is how u trying increasse your pk activity? Scrolls was always expensive in your server aka 175kc each pack 1500 and now this is 300kc? lol shouldn't be even 75 but less to have nice pk...
