This server actually looks good as long as the owners can live up to their promesses.
One little remark, the scroll system .... Think it would be better to put 1500/300 / wolf scrs in game and make it possible to earn 2K/350 scrs via voting system. Not being able to buy scrolls ingame is one of the biggest concerns in the different clanforums I use where I posted this link.

It has already been stated that 1500HP/300 AC scrolls would be obtainable through various monsters in game and the vote shop, but that the 2000HP/350AC scrolls will remain PUS only (and possibly Event Zone drops as well).
As for living up to our promises, well -- that's what we do

Well we have decided to make them drop in the Abyss at low rate as well as riote/atross/dark mares, and of course like I said the vote shop
