let me try to dumb this down for you, the other guy was talking about a "bug" in which everyone is affected, the "visual bug" you named is different for everyone someone might be bugged for you and no one else, so yes i wouldn't consider that a bug

Visual bug is pc sided bug which caused by you're pc's lagg and lack of fps which won't send all actions to server and back. That causes visual bug, you see sum1 running up and next moment he falls down, i know it happens, its happend to me and with me, sometimes theres like "lil hole" in castle.

its not always about computers actually ;o visual bugs always happen in KO even tho u wouldnt be lagging or smth.

It might not be about you're / mine it may be caused by someones else computer (f.e person with 256kb ram ) And running win 95 xD or simply playing with wet log . Or really bad internet connection
Besides, who cares visual bug = visual bug , no big deal about it.
