Weapons stats, drop rates, boss stats, armor rates, upgrade rates, add new unique weapons and armors...

I would change everything, Got it all planned out but need to get the files to start editing. snodx has lot of info but most links are old so I need somewhere else to get the file if any1 is king enough to donate or tell me where to get files/editors

I doubt such a program exists....otherwise you wouldn't see ppl manually editing their dbs with sql and there would be ALOT more decent private servers out there
