As for the question "generally a bad server?". Well, read all the posts here or on our forums. I don't remember anyone saying that the server was bad..uhm

Bronze, Silver and Gold Premium types have been implemented in PUS.
1. Bronze Premium:
• +20% EXP boost
• +5 NP per kill
• -1% EXP on death
• 20% repair discount
• item sell value boost
• item drop rate boost
• x2 coins drop boost
2. Silver Premium:
• +25% EXP boost
• +5 NP per kill
• -1% EXP on death
• 30% repair discount
• item sell value boost
• item drop rate boost
• x2 coins drop boost
3. Gold Premium:
• +30% EXP boost
• +6 NP per kill
• -1% EXP on death
• 40% repair discount
• item sell value boost
• item drop rate boost
• x2 coins drop boost

• Stat points have been fixed for every class.
Whenever you create a small human warrior, you'll have the same stats just like a barbarian has. Same goes for the rest classes & genders. It doesn't matter if you choose male or female warrior, you'll still have the same stats.
The same method (^) is applied whenever you do restat too.
• Elemental damage in accessories has been fixed.

I think you should make first post on this topic more clear, like list all events.
And on your forum I see you implemented event called Last man standing but here I can't find it. Also, what exactly is Last man standing? Is that like DeathMatch? Every man for himself? What can an INT priest do in there?

INT priests will do just fine, since you'll be able to create parties- Last Man Standing Event implemented.
When event begins, "Last Man Standing" option will be shown on the Moradon's TP gates.
You have 3 minutes to enter the event. After that, the event starts.
Everyone has 3 chances of dying. On 4th death, you get TP'd out of the event's zone.
The event lasts for 30 minutes. If there are people from both of the two nations alive, after the 30 minutes passes, the winner nation will be the one who did the most kills.
Differently, the event will be over once one nation eliminate everyone of the enemy's nation.
Once the event's over, everyone from the winner nation who's online during that time, will be rewarded.
The reward is: 250 NP & 5,500,000 EXP.
Some updates have been made. I will update it again once I'm done with few more things I've in my TODO list.

- *Removed* Ascent (EXP) Scrolls from PUS !
No point keeping those scrolls. Exp has been setted that way so, if you get a party which can kill at least 5 apostle per minute, will get 60-70lvl within ~8+ hours (even less if you do all the EXP Quests) !
Seems like an awesome server,i've played it in the past and all i can say is that it was an awesome experience.
(You're still going to keep it like the Old Proko or are you leaning more into a Light farm server? )
