l0l... But boss summons don't give you random rewards? Or blue trasure chests? And both of those you sell in PUS, so why is it any difference with gems and fragements.

The same applies for every item, but, only those 2 have been added recently. Every other item is in our PUS since the beginning of the server.

Too bad for you, the assumptions you've done so far, have fallen out. But if you think so.. OK
