It does work usualy,but when it`s not he gives us advice to use .tr or .es and it still doesen`t run properly . But i guess it`s cuz of some shitty attacks on the server/web

Yeah, seems like it. Just wasn't sure because the way he responded made it seem like there was no real problem accessing it, but in retrospect, I probably completely misinterpreted his responses. If he'd just said 'it's up, but being flooded a lot', there would've be no real room for misinterpretation there IMO.
