    since like 3 days im trying to run the game using my p.c, without any effects.

    i have already reinstalled os, proper cleaned hdd (thers nothing except for profko client and graphic drivers) still cant do fuckall
    the client closes as soon as it opens lol.

    runned windows updater, no effect.

    any help?

    btw. was playing the game using mates laptop - runs smooth, with the same setup lol#=

    My pc is clean,i mean i put a merchant on and like after a while the client just shut down and i get back to my desktop,and it happened 2x a day every time.Also i get dc's few times on my sin aswell. And no my internet is fine,so it cant be that since i havent dc ones while i played servers that had 2k ppl,and like zilion in wars,novas,shit like that.And smooth i mean fps,srsly its a myko server and my fps drops so much after a while,i cant even minor properly it just weird.I've noticed that the dmg is not constant either,my spikes fails a lot lately,spiking ppl 150 dmg,im not even gonna talk about the slow scream and leg cut because u said u cant do anything about it,i still think u should try to do something about it because its not normal to get iced etc on a magic shield that much.

    What happens when you try to launch? Does the SOACS log open up?

    I agree with you on a level. But SOACS's been worked on for years with many private exploits patched.
    A server without such patches 'd suffer a lot. And if there's any server running with default files and without any issues then it doesn't attract hackers(hackers with a good programming knowledge, not those guys who download compiled stuff), which means, low population.

    Eh, there really isn't that many out there. At the end of the day, aside from the few private dupe methods, there's really only the general skill abuse which people know about, but can't do too much about.

    The main problem with SOACS (and my 1.298 stuff) is it tries to check things (mostly skills) more thoroughly than can really be done reliably, at least with stock files. Reading over the problems people are having with it (aside from crashes and the like), it's deja vu for me; I've encountered many of the exact same issues, finally becoming blocked on some general skill abuse. It's only now that I know for absolute certain they were impossible to fix without changing how the system works, which is far more difficult to do with binaries than it is when you have the source; considering even small changes can be quite a hassle (and cause crazy things to happen), the big changes (that this does require) is just asking for trouble.
    The client of course is difficult either way, since we really only have binaries for that, but the server...

    mgame - quite often - makes life so much more difficult than it needs to be... it continually amazes me how they even settled on the protocol for features. I mean, movement doesn't even tell the server whether the player's actually running or not (the client decides that based on the speed... which naturally doesn't work when you're slowed; for others it'll show you're walking, but on your screen you'll see yourself running), let alone support changing the player's orientation in movement updates. It wasn't even until 1.9xx that they included the character's intended destination in the updates, so it didn't bug out.

    Don't even get me started on skill logic...

    It's possibly related with the weapons attack speed. He's re-working the skill time calculation.

    Weapon attack speeds (or attack speeds in general) don't come into anything skill-related at all (even melee skills). The only thing they ever affect is R damage.

    I'm quite sure your files have some sort of tbl protection which keeps people from casting skills too fast. Thus, with the casting animation bug the skills get cancelled because they were cast too fast. It also happens if server lags.

    The problem is if we proof you wrong on a frap, the only thing you could do is banned the char using the R bug hit and not fix the issue. But its your server you running the way you want it. I been in server with less population and they have better files. Loot with space bar, Tab works on party, mage skills are not bug, archers 70 skill consume mana but wont shoot if you half cancel the animation. But the worst is the glitching, which I have no idea still how they do it but they do it.

    Soacs and ACME required a higher cpu ghz.
    I can run USKO smoothly with my amd 2.80 ghz, without problems, in this kind of server who using acme or soacs are lagging me out, freeze out my pc and take my cpu usage to 100%, its really annoying.
