He doesnt allow people to buy-sell items cuz thats how babashopers get big and most of the players play just to make money and quit after a month.
Most of the server hoppers do it.

At least it must be allowed via 3rd party websites, because either it's allowed or not people are still selling.A basic disclaimer like "do whatever you wanna do in 3rd party websites,if you get scammed we're not taking responsibility" would be enough I guess. We're all grown up people , most of us don't have time because of our works or real life schedules so in this scenario sometimes buying from who can farm is the best option.
