it's not gonna work out, cause it's probably botnet and server has no protection cause it instantly crashes it doesn't even lag out like protected ones do under heavy attacks. So they got to change dedi with permanent protection enabled :P

Since you got non profit server, you could buy a 8 or 16 GB ram at OVH in france or in canada they come with permanent ddos mitigation it will take you maybe 5 hours to re setup it there and move stuff.

But yeah don't even bother with firewall setups cause if you're under botnet it's not gonna work out. Better go with anti ddos server. PM SexyLittleAnimal on ko4life about info where and how to purchase cause he has the black market covered with the servers trading and re selling ><

It's not a real problem tho if you buy server today and setup it by tommorow it can go live tommorow at same time and secured

You probably didn't expect the attack, but every server nowadays gets attacked pretty much so you can't go official anymore without anti ddos these days :P

Yeah it's bad what it has come to but that's how it is. Well I host bazinga on a 8GB ram server with permanent anti ddos protection and it held 300 people on launch easy without any lagg. And it cost me 45$ at OVH company per month. So if there wasn't like 600 or 800 people at this launch you might aswell go with same, or you can go with 16 GB also that one should cost you around 80-90$ I think.

becouse since 2010 private ko isnt just for let people play and enjoy game but more for business and $ which server can bring to owners
Its happens in every online game where donations can become more important part of server than players there and it is reason why some people/company attacking other servers around
