Yep exactly they are krowaz items. UTC items are the items released after the krowaz patch. I think they are more powerfull when compared to krowaz items and imo they look far better.(I am not sure of it because i stopped playing usko for a long time ago and had no chance to test the items first hand. But I know that the bow is far better than windforce itself). It would be fun it we could just farm and use them.
