you can get your items without much effort... and the owner is very tentative...

level cap 72 (really hope he would raise it to atleast 75 tho but still good enough)
100% to +8 (+9/+10 not available)
+2 uniques from moradon (drop +1s but u can compound to +2 max)
+8 weapon/armor from moradon
