I have windows xp still ^.^ but I asked for the ftp on their support on the panel and they actually responded within like 5 minutes.

the link I tried for the ftp said I needed a password but whoever gave me another link and it works now

I have just read that u are using same anti-cheat as us and just for u do know if u will have a loot of troumbles with windows 7 64 bit users ... SOACS anticheat have that troumble and its hard do find a way do fix it,talked with SOACS admins (since we had license) and him told me that it been fixed but it wasnt since i personaly cecked users that could not logg and there wasnt any cheats or extra programs ... Anyway just a hint for people wich have crash problem right after them hit start

Dude thats the bad ass bug,the soacs shitty problem,i thought they have ACME instead of soacs but ok :P.Usualy ppl with win 7 64 bit got that problem,the best thing for u to do is formatting ur PC (works for me every time) because the soacs reads that some program that u have installed is not valid...real pain in the ass...so if u still got that problem just reinstal ur system and it works perfect . PEACE
