EDIT: you should really upload the client somewhere else than bayfiles..

Technically this is a beta, mostly making sure that the client is set up how it should be and its stable, then everything is getting secured down and there will be a power up store, and a bunch of new things.

Also I rehosted the files, the bayfiles place was in fact terrible :P

anyways, "technically" we go official this weekend (hoping for friday) but we arent wiping the database when that comes around, its more of a client and server stability test before I finish the rest of the security features (its locked down now, but its going to be much more then with my custom anticheat and launcher/patcher system)

Played there with TheGreatMp3 and some other dude I can't remember. Damn, that was probably my first real fun server other than Frienz before the turkinvasion..

Yes, its in "Beta" meaning more or less while we are getting things rolling and secured you can play on it, but until this weekend, its gonna be a little spotty (like maybe once a day im gonna be updating stuff and restarting the box) but after this weekend, it'll be up all the time (minus scheduled downtimes etc)

frienz 1xx files? with me and kenner back in the dayes^^ then you must know me. or if you did leve when myst did take over like we all did ^^

I tried to get on, but when i launched the game, my antivirus popped " Win32.pinfi " detected. I looked up what its doing and here it is ;


W32.Pinfi is a memory-resident polymorphic virus that will infect the .EXE and .SCR files. This virus can also spread via mapped drives and network shares.

I am not sure if it was from your exe, but it happened when I launched it through knightonline.exe.
I had to restart my pc and do a virus scan to remove it. It a few hours, it affected a few others games on my pc.
It was the link from the box ( direct download )

Not really, it actually affected my other games .exe. I couldnt play d2 anymore. And it was in many other games.
