I dont think a server your desire even exist, mostly Turkish, Maylasian and Spanish play all the servers I play on. Good luck in your search....lastly, I have found this demographic are more friendly than any "english" speaking players.

100% sure on the 0 farm thing? I was looking for this 1 week ago as well then i decided to give a try to Profesionalko since its lvl72 , +8 and +0 unique cap. After 1 week of 3-4hours a day i have decend enough gear to enjoy the pk , max lvl after first day. Found enough english speaker to have fun and really the farm didnt bother me after all its simple and relativly quick to be semi-competitive.
