About private servers

Well as i seen on last time there arent really many old knight online private server that really goo on for long time like:
-MaxKo(its up for over 2 years)
-SexyKo(its up for over 1-2 years,aint sure)
And idk others wich have been and stable for a long period of time....
Soo my question is do there really its not anyone that woul make a nice private server,do update it over and over for a long period of time? Dont just stupid relaunchs of server like yourko,oldschool and much more cause that its just a stupid move on my side ... Do work over and over for same items ... Better then relaunchs o open stupid servers wich 2 be up for 1-2 months why dont u make 1 wich 2 be long term and update it ....

MaxKO has been running since 2008 or so aswell, not at it's current version though.

Owners don't just "choose" to have a server for a long time.. It's the players.

If a server dies out, why should the owner pay for it and have it sitting there with 2-3 players online?

nah its the owner, the owners gotta keep their players happy with new updates etc else the server dies out

private servers are rly maid for being alive for a long period lol, theres always ppl that leaves no matter what... at the end there will be low ppl online, for a farm server etc its always funniest at beginning cuz of ppl xping in cz= raids, ppl farm bosses in bowl = action, farm spots and more shit, after some weeks no ppl are xping... ppl get boored and leave, thats why there is USKO, if you want a stable server, go to a active server in usko lol, which is mosy likely helios atm

The owner may update things, but not everyone has the same opinion - therefore not everyone may support their decisions on what to update. If people continue to have those problems, they leave, and then the people who stayed have no one to play with.. It happens all the time.

This fact , of the long time servers running just keeps proving that old style myko style wannabe shit are really dire and barely survive for 1 month(oldschool is the only one that is stable i guess )?
If i will list the mykos fail servers it will be an un ended list . on the other side u got sexyko , knightkingdom ( EVEN THO IT HAS KOXPERS AND SHIT SUPPORt , BUT STILL POPULATION ) and maxko (over edited imo) .

so yea , 18xx / 19xx would defo attract the whole community from both sides of nations (turks and rest of the world).
I bet the reason why there aren't so many out there , is lack of security ? ... idk .

rofl , most of the time its the owners decisions . actually from the START of the server : like from which version to start up ? max lvl ? Stabled classes and much more info .
players will come when they will see its secured , have good support , and give a damn about the players& the server and not only about the money . (dedicated )
