Yes, we have bought an html template and suited it to panel needs, we didn't exaclty 'leech it', it was paid for. I agree with you on what you said about the site being a little slow for certain users, and I am taking a look into that as we speak.

HTTrack says otherwise. Protip: if you're going to leech content (and bother to claim otherwise), at least make an effort to hide the evidence.

You should check your e-mails more. :P

I feel like I'm constantly paying for those things (domains, hosting, etc). Using a desktop e-mail client & having e-mail notifications helps a lot. They (being services in general, no idea who you're using) tend to give you quite a bit of warning before they actually shut your services down, too.
