Im RalphLauren he hasnt made char, becuase he cant log in.
And what error are you getting exactly?

Cuz the login has been up for a long time.
To bypass the countryblocks on the login server do this:
A.Google proxifier, download and install it.
B.Go to to http://www.proxybridge.com/proxy-socks?country=us
C.Open up proxifier > option > proyx settings > add
D.Insert the proxy details, IP:PORT:SOCKS5, tick the proxy and press check
E.If it worked open launcher and login
F.Once loggedin (before selecting a server) open proxifier and untick the proxy so it wont be used for next communications
G.Select server, done
P.S May be apparently they blocked some countries IP's that's maybe can be Rocket try to check it
I dont think our IP is blocked, so why would Him or I have to use a proxy?
Note: We are US IP address. .
Does it say "1" or "-1"?
-1 means something's broken client-side; perhaps the server config in "server.ini". Be sure there's no spaces in (or before/after) the IP address in your config.
I've never encountered 1.

Perhaps DNS resolution then:
Try this - open up command prompt (start -> cmd.exe), and type in: nslookup login.xionis.org
What does it show?

What OS your brother's PC is using ?
Have you tried to re-download the client on that PC ? (or at least, copy-paste yours, since it works fine)
Any 'special' firewall which, that PC has ?
I tried that too, still didnt work. Any1 got anymore ideas?
