I might give this server a shot, if I recall the other launches had like 200-300 people playing. What are the steps to downloading the server, when I went to the Downloads section on the panel there's like 6 different things, do I need them all or just the client?

When I learned that you are from Chicago, that made me very happy because I used to live in Chicago. I missed Billy Goat much.

What about scrolls, are they free ingame? Or can you purchase them ingame with coins, (I.E. nub scrolls 1k/150ac) or is there a voting system so you can get KC to your account?

Otherwise I see no point to playing this server, I'm not willing to spend any USD for scrolls, and some sort of scrolls is a necessity to have fun whether if you're only playing with a couple friends to EXP with or PK in CZ.

Also, you guys should really upload the client to somewhere else besides multiupload, since megaupload is shut down, I'm literally only getting 20-30 kb/sec from multiupload on a 30mb connection.
