From what I gathered it was another shell in their panel, which caused some issues. Haven't been paying much attention to this particular server though.Originally Posted by SavinMe

The problems such as shells in website or ddoses and floods are easy to solve. The actual problem was much more difficult, because it wasn't any well knows attack (and I am not sure if it was even attack), the final solution, after we try almost everything in past month including rollbacking database, ebenezer, website, running on other dedicated machines, different OS, different webserver, we found final solution by turning off one certain app, that was part of the installation. If the app was causing crashed by updates due some updates or incompatibility, or it was some sophisticated attack that use the app to crash AIserver, we don't know.

This Friday - 30.6. we going to do the Summer update launch!
We understand, a lot of people would like to start on our server, but they are afraid of catching old players.
We find a solution that will attract a lot of new players!
Every character created after "Summer update launch" will receive a set of items for PK, for example warrior will get +8 shell set and +8 normal high class weapons.
The items are untradeable and cannot be upgraded, they are locked and will disappear in 2 weeks!
After you log in to game, you need just to lvl up and farm a basic accessory which can be easily obtained in events such as BDW, Juraid, Forgotten temple. The lvl up will take you just a while, its a 2-3 days and you can start a PK!
Before the starting set disappear you can enjoy the game and try our server system and events. And you also have enough time to earn money and get equipment for later if you will want to stay on server.
This way we are able to attract a lot of new players and bring back many old players as well.
And this is not the only thing. Except several small changes, there will be added a new big event - Catch the flag event, which will make a war in colony zone. YOu can simply check what the event will be about from video of our GM testing:

its year and half server and u want new ppl to exp ? just make it 70...
The potential of server is still large now, I always wanted to keep the server up for at least 3 years, now we are in half way and it is not yet the time to turn server into PVP one, it will still remains a farm server ;-)
exp just waste of time meh
A little exp is not bad for nostalgic reasons, a lot of people like to remind old times when they were grinding for months and make new friends, meet a people who go throughout that with them.
And of course just little of it, Zone MYKO is not a grinding server, you can level up to max within 1-2 days with no problem, it is not something that would help if we close that.
And also the exp time is good so people understand the server, farming mobs etc, during that.
or u get medals^^
