2 questions:
1. is there any premium needed in this server, or the need to spend usd on pus stuff?
2. are there bifrost rings for mages?
mage has always been my go-to class in any RPG, it's just that they work so stupidly in KO that I have never really bothered... but who knows?

@Razor: ye man, I play cypher I even got lucky making iron bow+7 pretty early on server which is hard to make (i know people that burned 12 items with trinas in a row to+7) basicaly at 62 cap even with iron bow+7 I was hitting people 250-600 so everyone could run away but I got to tell you that archer parties were owning damn hard. Another problem is that everyone does ctrl minor even tho it has cooldown the ctrl bug works so turks are sliding hardcore. You can rape the decent or noob ones with fast click combo if you don't fail it but most of them will just run away on low hp and you can't drop them unless priest throws malice on them. so maybe i'd suggest you to go sin before 65 cap is open and you get a nice bow and some nice AP. That's just from personal experience on cypher before when it opened. However 2 archers and 1 duffer will always rape :P and you might ask spam styx them if they slide? Sure thing but styx has 1 min cooldown

There's premium, but you can get to 62 without it pretty easy, and I don't think you HAVE to spend money on pus stuff, you can just farm and buy them from the merchants.
About the mage rings, they don't work in 1299 version, so I think he removed them or maybe he's doing some community poll now, not really sure.
