    Does this query the login servers or is the 100% uptime text static? If its not static how are you calculating 100% uptime?

    They probably just attempt to connect to the login or game server every so often. Most likely login since it'll be more universal to connect to (but obviously less accurate in terms of uptime).
    Edit: Although I doubt they even bother doing any of the sort. It's probably just static right now lol.
