i get error Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item

Someone had the same problem and the fix was

you have an anti-virus blocking it. AVG or some other anti virus program.

for AVG:
1) go tools
2) advanced settings
3) go to resident shield -> excluded files
4) add ko launcher and .exe

done.
